Lily Wong is Global Head of Digital Transformation & AI at Holcim and an internationally experienced expert in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and technology-driven business models.
At Holcim, she is responsible for the further development and implementation of the global digital and AI strategy. Her focus is on strategically translating technology, data, and artificial intelligence into measurable business value—from production and logistics to commercial and company-wide processes.
With more than 20 years of international experience, Lily Wong combines strategic business leadership with technological implementation. In leadership roles at Holcim, Bayer, IBM, and Accenture, she has led global transformation programs, developed digital operating models, and scaled innovations within complex organizations.

She also led digital transformation initiatives across R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Safety, and Compliance functions, leveraging data and emerging technologies to modernize innovation processes and improve business outcomes.
Today, Lily is focused on helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption.
